As a seasoned horticultural professional, you will lead the Garden Centre to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a relevant horticulturist qualification and proven experience in retailing with strong product knowledge. You will be responsible for leading by example a safety-first culture, driving the safety agenda on site, and delivering excellent customer service in store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimising sales performance through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Delivering exceptional section standards consistently in line with operational requirements.
  • Proactively supporting the Branch Manager to achieve agreed objectives and targets.
  • Assisting in management duties as required, including keyholder responsibilities.
