We're looking for a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist. You'll be responsible for managing warehouse activities, receiving and shipping products, and maintaining inventory levels. A key member of our team, you'll ensure that our supply chain operates efficiently and safely.

About the Role
  • You will oversee all aspects of warehousing, including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality SOPs.
  • You will complete tasks of an Inventory Control Specialist and take on additional responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • You will operate various types of material handling equipment, including pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts.
  • You will obtain and maintain certifications for multiple types of material handling equipment.
  • You will perform ERP/WMS transactions such as shipping, cycle counts, and material receipts.
  • You will investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues using ERP/WMS systems.
  • You will demonstrate broad knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.
  • You will perform intermediate Excel functions such as creating tables and sorting/filtering data.
  • You will coordinate inbound and outbound freight and support international shipping activities.
  • You will be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
  • You will assist supervisors in implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • You will help lead daily team meetings to review performance and workload.
  • You will provide hands-on training to new and temporary employees.
  • You will help assign tasks based on priorities set by leadership.
  • You will create and run basic reports to track performance metrics.
  • You will investigate and resolve basic customer requests from internal partners.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in a material handling role.
  • Experience using an ERP or WMS system.
  • Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
  • Basic computer data entry skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to obtain a forklift certification.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Mastery of mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
