Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit potential holiday homes at agreed times with property owners to identify opportunities for growth and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to develop relationships and secure referrals, including estate agents, developers, tradespeople, and cleaning companies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Shamrock's unique selling points and owner proposition, enabling effective communication and persuasion.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless transitions of properties, providing detailed recommendations and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills, balancing multiple commitments and priorities.
