- Identify and secure high-quality properties in sought-after locations
- Develop partnerships with local businesses for referrals
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the Shamrock proposition and unique selling points
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth property transitions with detailed recommendations
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has strong organizational and time management abilities
- Can demonstrate effective sales and negotiation capabilities
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Shows initiative and persistence in prospecting and generating new opportunities
- A full driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role
