Strategic Branch Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to drive business growth and operational excellence.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will leverage your expertise in QFA and commercial acumen to inspire high-performing teams, cultivate customer relationships, and deliver sales growth.

  • Lead and develop a team of professionals to consistently deliver high performance.
  • Take ownership of business development, lead generation, and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a strong risk and control culture within the branch.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, deliver regular feedback, and identify talent for progression.
About You
  • Full QFA Qualification with up-to-date CPD requirements.
  • Established branch leadership experience, ideally with several years at Branch Manager or Deputy Manager level.
  • Strong commercial acumen and people leadership skills, including coaching and performance management.
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory landscape knowledge.
