As part of ongoing growth, they are expanding their software engineering division in Sligo and seeking a Senior .NET Developer to play a key role in the delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

You'll be joining a highly experienced and collaborative technical team that values clean code, scalable systems, and best-in-class software architecture.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using .NET (6/7), C#, and Azure.

Participate in system design discussions, contributing to architecture and code review processes.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust and secure features.

Lead technical decision-making on assigned projects and mentor junior developers.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable code delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of .NET ecosystem updates and promote best practices within the team.

Technical Stack

Web API, REST, Entity Framework Core

Requirements

5+ years of commercial experience in .NET software development.

Strong experience with C#, Web API, and SQL.

Proven experience in cloud-based development (Azure preferred).

Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.

Experience working within regulated environments (finance, insurance, pharma, is an advantage.

Ability to mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership.
