Reliable Transportation Professional Opportunity

We are seeking self-motivated individuals with experience in driving-based roles who are now looking for a stable, permanent position as a transportation professional.

This opportunity offers a transition from labour-intensive, physically demanding work into a professional role focused on passenger safety and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate vehicles on scheduled routes, ensuring timely and reliable service.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, including assisting with boarding when required.
  • Handle cash, ticketing systems, or electronic payment devices accurately and responsibly.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects or incidents in line with policy.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, and passengers.
  • Represent the organization as a professional public service ambassador.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Essential:
  • Full UK driving licence (Category D or willingness to obtain through training).
  • Strong focus on safety and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience as a professional driver (multi-drop, logistics, taxi, courier, etc.).
  • Knowledge of local routes and geography.
  • Previous customer-facing role experience.
