Leading Our Accounting Team

We are seeking a results-driven finance leader to join our team as an Accounting Team Lead.

The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Accounting & Reporting team.
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, and statutory and regulatory financial statements.
  • Provide accounting insights and guidance on commercial transactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key finance projects.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified with c. 5 years' post-qualification experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
