Job Overview

The Marketing Tools group helps users grow their businesses by enabling them to create, target, and automate email campaigns.

We're looking for engineers to build and scale systems behind campaign creation, audience management, segmentation, and automation.

  • Build reliable, scalable backend services that power the systems sending millions of messages a day.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with product managers to translate team goals into features delivering real value for users.
  2. Lead technical discussions and contribute to system design, architecture, and long-term technical direction.
  3. Mentor other engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.

About This Role

  • 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience with system design, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
