Strategic Product Developer

As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to bring projects from Phase 1 to commercialization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in product development, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing innovative solutions.
- Key responsibilities include partnering with program managers to execute project plans on schedule, collaborating with manufacturing engineering to develop lean manufacturing processes, and mentoring junior staff on PDP procedures.
- Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing medical devices from concept to commercialization, with expertise in design for manufacture and assembly activities.
Requirements include a degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry or similar field.
Skills and Qualifications- Degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, polymer engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry or similar field.
- Proven ability to develop medical devices from concept to commercialization.
- Experience with design and manufacture of balloon catheters and delivery systems.
- Knowledge of phase-gated PDP procedures.
