Imagine working in a cutting-edge environment where innovation and collaboration drive success. As a Senior R&D Manager, you will lead the development of new medical device products, directing all aspects of design and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and evaluating technical quality assurance and control systems or standards related to materials, techniques, or products.
  • Overseeing investigation and evaluation of existing technologies to inform product development.
  • Guiding the development of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes, or products.
  • Directing the development of new concepts from initial design to market release.
  • Managing feasibility studies to ensure designs function as intended.
  • Maintaining documentation throughout all phases of research and development.
  • Coordinating activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
  • Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or related field, with 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to manage engineers, including performance reviews, recruiting, discipline, and career development.
  • Excellent team-building, communication, and management skills.
  • Experience in the medical device market, with a proven record of driving results.
