Dental Support Specialist

The role of a Dental Nurse is a vital component of a dental surgery's success. This position requires an individual with excellent chairside assistance skills, experience in various treatment procedures, and the ability to anticipate patients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proficient chairside support during treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate and detailed dental records, including charting and treatment notes.
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Decontaminate and sterilize equipment, materials, and instruments for use in treatments.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
- Manage inventory and restock dental supplies as necessary.
- Collaborate with reception staff to optimize patient flow and scheduling efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated and personable, with a positive attitude and team player mentality. A good command of the English language, both written and oral, is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritize patient satisfaction.
