Home Energy Upgrades Sales Advisor

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for energy efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As a Home Energy Upgrades Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and partner network, guiding them through the process of determining their SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility.

About the Role:
- Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads, events, and referrals.
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of energy upgrade products and services, including financing and government incentives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, home improvement, or a related industry
- Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, and heat pumps or a willingness to learn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities
- Competitive Salary commensurate with experience
