We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to oversee the financial services client portfolio and reporting requirements of our clients.

The Role
  • Oversee financial services client portfolio and reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results
  • Manage a team of Auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Supervise financial reporting and statutory filing and compliance assurance engagements of clients, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity
  • Evaluate and enhance processes to improve efficiency and productivity, while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Mentor assistants and audit seniors, fostering their professional growth and development, and helping them achieve their career objectives
The Ideal Candidate
  • Fully qualified ICAI, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent, with a strong background in financial services auditing
  • Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience with Asset Management, with a deep understanding of the industry's complexities and nuances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

Audit Manager Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and other reports

- Conduct audits and examinations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management and internal controls
