Job Title: Quality Auditor

Reporting To: Engineer, Quality

Work Schedule: Onsite – Carrigaline, IE

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products and associated documentation to applicable standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • Document inspection results, including communication of nonconformances.
  • Release products for customer shipments, including creating certificates of conformance and compiling required documentation.
  • File and archive records as defined by operating procedures.
  • Support Production Team Leaders in ensuring that priorities are completed.
  • Participate in Improvement Team activities such as LEAN and 5S.
  • Assist other Quality Auditors and Operators as needed.

Summary:

The role reports to the Quality Supervisor and involves inspection and auditing duties, primarily in the board-shop. The Quality Auditor is responsible for In-Process, Incoming, and Outgoing Inspections assigned during the period.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing industries and familiarity with inspection standards like IPC-A-610.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive, flexible attitude with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with effective time management.
