Exciting retail opportunity for a results-driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing convenience store in Co. Kildare.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, driving sales and achieving targets
  • Leading, training and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPIs
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
  2. Manage stock control, ordering and merchandising to maximise availability and presentation
  3. Monitor financial performance and manage costs effectively
  4. Drive promotional activity and seasonal campaigns to increase footfall and sales
  5. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in convenience store or retail management role
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering strong store performance
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
