Job Title: Stock and Delivery Assistant

Job Description:

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of stockroom operations. This includes receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are properly stored and secured.

You will also assist with customer collections, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stockroom operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Receive and process deliveries, including verifying quantities and checking for damage.
  • Assist with customer collections, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not essential.
