Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stock Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our inventory, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Receive and process incoming deliveries, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all stock is properly stored and organized.
  • Customer Service: Assist with customer collections, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Delivery Assistance: Support our delivery team by assisting with deliveries at least two days per week.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and hard-working, with good organizational and time management skills. Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
