Audit managers occupy a pivotal position within organizations, responsible for safeguarding financial stability and integrity. In this dynamic role, you will oversee audit assignment management, provide high-level technical guidance to clients, and manage staff responsibilities.

About the Position

This challenging opportunity requires you to identify and promote additional service offerings to existing clients, prepare and present business proposals to expand your client portfolio, and target new clients through external networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and plan audit assignments strategically.
  • Provide expert business and consultancy advice on company development strategies.
  • Advise clients on business and investment matters.
  • Oversee billing, collections, and profitability per assignment.
  • Staff Management: Motivate and develop staff members, take full responsibility for managing and reviewing the work of seniors.
  • Business Development: Identify and market additional service offerings to existing clients, prepare and present business tenders to grow your client portfolio, target new clients through external networking initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience at either manager or assistant manager level in a reputable firm, possess strong commercial skills, and exhibit a commercial and competitive focus. They should be able to contribute to the growth of their division and play a key role in providing sound business solutions for individual clients.
