Care Services Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Person in Charge within our organization. This position is a key leadership role, responsible for providing high-quality support to those who use our service.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with autism and a strong background in health or social care management or supervision. A professional degree in Applied Social Studies or relevant qualification is also required, along with a Level 6 Management qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care following established care plans and protocols
- Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care interventions and monitor outcomes
- Lead on shift when on duty
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care
- A professional degree (minimum level 7) in Applied Social Studies or relevant qualification
- Level 6 Management qualification
- Full current driving license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent IT skills
