Role Overview

This festive season opportunity allows you to be at the heart of customer experience, interacting with shoppers and creating memorable experiences.


You will work in a retail store environment, reporting to management, and your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging customers: Provide product advice, highlight offers, and ensure enjoyable shopping experiences.
  • Till operations: Efficiently manage transactions, supporting self-checkout systems.
  • Stock maintenance: Ensure shelves are fully stocked for the busiest shopping season.
  • Store presentation: Maintain store appearance to meet company standards.
  • Online order support: Assist with deliveries, picking, and packing as needed.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility to work holiday periods, including Black Friday week and weekend.
  • Excellent customer service skills: Approachable, personalized experience that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Operational readiness: Balance customer care with daily tasks and operational requirements.
  • Tech savviness: Familiarity with handheld devices, tills, and self-checkouts.
  • Collaborative mindset: Work as part of a team to achieve store goals.
  • Physical stamina: Be prepared to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Brand ambassadorship: Passionate about company products and services.
