About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Corporate Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a head of department and contribute to the efficient management of cases.

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing PA duties
  • Producing high-quality work efficiently
  • Managing case documents
  • Maintaining diaries and files
  • Supporting invoicing and billing processes

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Corporate or Banking. Experience supporting senior managers as a PA and using Case Management and Billing Systems is also essential.

In addition, advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.
