Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Support Professional to join our Corporate team. This is a fast-paced role supporting partners and lawyers, suited to someone with excellent organisational skills, discretion, and initiative.

The role will involve
  • Managing diaries, inboxes, and international travel arrangements
  • Preparing expenses and handling administrative processes
  • Coordinating meetings and team events
  • Maintaining data and documents on internal systems
  • Liaising with departments such as Finance, IT, and Marketing
The ideal candidate will have
  • Previous PA/EA experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Strong MS Office and IT skills, with high attention to detail
  • A proactive, adaptable, and highly organised approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
