EU Operations Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing operations team in delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a deep understanding of how operational teams serve complaints and vulnerable customers in a regulated environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in MacOS, Slack, and GSuite tools are essential.

  • Lead a team executing the complaints and vulnerability policy to deliver great service efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, leveraging performance data to drive operational improvements.
  • Manage projects from end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of the complaints and vulnerability policy. This includes managing team rituals, planning meetings, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and information flow within the team.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record of achieving results through people. A values-driven approach aligned with our company's core values is also essential. Experience leading a highly effective operation in a regulated environment with a large customer base is highly desirable.
