About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems on-site. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all work is executed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring resources, and conducting quality checks to guarantee compliance with project requirements. Effective communication with project managers and clients will be crucial to your success in this role.

We are seeking an experienced individual with strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in supervising mechanical works on construction/industrial sites, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and firefighting systems, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site
  • Ensure work execution aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to optimize productivity
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with project managers and clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in supervising mechanical works on construction/industrial sites
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and firefighting systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
