Nursing Leadership Role

Our veterinary practice is seeking a Senior Veterinary Nursing Manager to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of this team, you will work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and Practice Manager to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional client experience.
The role requires a nursing professional with a strong track record of leading and developing large teams, as well as experience in facilitating business growth through nursing services. You should be an effective communicator, capable of leading by example with a passion for self-development and coaching others.
- Minimum 7 years post-RVN registration
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing a large team
- Experience in facilitating business growth through nursing services
- Coaching and mentoring experience
