Device Image Signing and Factory Provisioning Engineer

As a skilled software engineer, you will contribute to the development and architecture of services that support device image signing and factory provisioning with keys protected by Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) across the entire organization.

You will work collaboratively with highly-skilled teams to design, develop, test, integrate, and debug complex systems. Your expertise in Java and related build/integration tools will be crucial in meeting high security and assurance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cryptographic key management, including public key infrastructures, certificates, and symmetric key hierarchies. Experience with Java-based frameworks, JCA/JCE, and network programming is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop secure services for device image signing and factory provisioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and debugging.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of cryptographic key management solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve overall code quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and related build/integration tools.
  • Experience with cryptographic key management, including public key infrastructures, certificates, and symmetric key hierarchies.
  • Proficiency in Java-based frameworks, JCA/JCE, and network programming.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
