Agile Sourcing Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Agile Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the delivery of source-to-contract operations across Commercial categories with focus on Commercial Distribution, Marketing Services, Patient Engagement and Media.


Job Description:

This role involves overseeing and leading end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes in support of Commercial category operations. Key responsibilities include facilitating complex sourcing events from end-to-end, driving contract lifecycle management, and collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure timely and compliant contracts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process for Commercial category operations.
  • Facilitate complex sourcing events from end-to-end, including preparing solicitations, evaluating offerings, negotiating terms, and communicating decisions externally.
  • Drive contract lifecycle management from drafting and negotiation to finalization, distribution, storage, and governance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure timely and compliant contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Commercial category procurement, sourcing, and contracting.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, agreement management, financial analysis, supplier management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology (e.g., Icertis) to automate and streamline processes.
