Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities on our construction site. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the site operations to ensure smooth progress and adherence to project timelines.
  • Supervise and motivate the site labour force to achieve high-quality results and meet project targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a construction or related industry.
  • Third-level qualification or trades background with excellent knowledge of relevant trades.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft software.
