Site Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our project team, the Project Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have previous main contractor experience, preferably on large-scale structural, external & groundwork's projects in commercial/mixed-use development/residential/pharmaceutical/data centre sectors. A third level qualification or trades background with excellent knowledge of trades is also essential. Additionally, strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft software are required.
The successful candidate will work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. The role requires effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet agreed programme targets and deliver high-quality results.
