Job Summary

This role involves working closely with various teams to onboard and integrate suppliers on our new SCC platform, ensuring the successful business transformation across the BSC network.

You will develop training for suppliers, facilitate supplier onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and buy-in discussions with Sr Leaders of strategic suppliers.

Your tasks will involve partnering with other teams to support Agile development of key system features/epics, providing feedback plans after go-live with suppliers, and coordinating procedure and E2E process flow updates.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a field related to supply chain is required.
  • 3+ years of professional or operational experience in supply chain for medical devices is necessary.
  • Experience in Systems/Applications for procurement, preferably as a BPL/SME in one or more of the following: SAP, Rapid Response, Ariba, Isupply, Ecert, and/or VIM.
