  1. 1. Manage all recruitment activities, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers. 2. Advise managers on all employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances. 3. Organise and schedule mandatory training for all new and existing employees. 4. Liaise with the payroll department to complete payroll administration. 5. Utilise the company HR System to update and revise employee records. 6. Drive employee engagement through conducting employee feedback surveys and organising wellbeing events.
