Senior Retail Assistant

We are seeking a Senior Retail Assistant to supervise and train staff, manage cash handling and key holding responsibilities, and contribute to visual merchandising.

  • Previous experience as a team leader in a relevant retail environment
  • Cash handling and key holding responsibility
  • Fashion retail experience
  • Supervising and training staff
  • Visual merchandising skills (desirable)
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and contributing to store visual displays. They will also assist in providing excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality in all areas of the store.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
