Software Engineering Team Lead Position

  • We seek an experienced leader to manage a Scrum team and guide its members to deliver goals and meet objectives.
About this Role:

This position requires someone with strong leadership skills who can mentor team members, ensure timely feature delivery, and manage Scrum ceremonies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working within an Agile team and be familiar with enterprise-level systems. They should also have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least 1 year of experience running a team of engineers.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, including Agile practices, SOLID principles, TDD, BDD, and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities:

This role involves leading a Scrum team, guiding team members, and ensuring the team meets its sprint goals. The candidate will also be responsible for managing Jira tickets and ensuring they are up-to-date.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to lead conversations with internal and external customers and prioritize tasks effectively.
