About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Risk Specialist to join our team at the Central Bank of Ireland. This role will involve providing expert advice on cyber resilience and athletics risk management to senior management and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in identifying and mitigating potential risks. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
  3. Provide expert advice on cyber resilience and athletics risk management to senior management and other stakeholders.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the bank's assets and reputation.
  5. Maintain accurate records of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on cyber resilience and athletics risk management.
  • Proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
