Regional Care Services Director

This role will see you managing the delivery of high-quality care services across a regional area. Your experience and expertise in nursing management will be key to ensuring the success of our care teams.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager who has previously worked in a regional role, with a proven track record of managing diverse care categories in different settings. You must be a qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse, with a valid NMC Pin.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional care. You will also need to have strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
The role involves leading the care team, managing the day-to-day running of the home, and promoting a person-centered philosophy of care. You will also be responsible for writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as required, and ensuring the home operates efficiently within its allocated resources.
