Unified Communications Specialist
The role involves managing a team of assistants in the IT department and implementing unified communication solutions across business offices in Ireland.
The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge of PC hardware and Windows operating systems, strong project management experience, and familiarity with meeting room technology, telecoms support, and mobile support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation and maintenance of all unified communications and collaboration solutions
- Managing a small team of assistants in the IT department
- Providing technical support for various IT projects
Required skills and qualifications include:
- IT degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of audio and video codecs
- Supervisory/management experience essential
