Key Responsibilities

The Chapter Lead oversees the development, writing, editing, and proofreading of long-form content to educate users across multiple channels.

This includes creating engaging blog posts, how-to articles, and user guides for both customer-facing and employee-facing audiences.

Persuasive and action-oriented copy is designed to drive engagement across digital touchpoints such as landing pages, emails, SMS, CTA buttons, bot responses, IVR scripts, and agent scripts.

The role incorporates SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and performance.

The Chapter Lead conducts regular audits, including knowledge base reviews, to ensure all content remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

Staying informed on industry trends and evolving content formats helps continuously improve content quality and user impact.

Technical management and maintenance of published content across channels via various content management systems is also a key responsibility.

Achieving well-structured, channel-agnostic content that supports future omnichannel and AI-driven experiences is a top priority.

This involves partnering with marketing, design, and editorial teams to align content with overall brand messaging and broader campaign strategies.

Collaborating with Learning & Development and Go-To-Market teams delivers agent readiness materials in easily digestible, actionable formats.
