IT System Innovator

An experienced IT leader is required to spearhead the company's IT systems and drive technological innovation forward.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the technology environment, leading a team, shaping and implementing cybersecurity policy, administering Microsoft 365, and overseeing on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
This role involves managing Active Directory/Entra ID, firewalls, and SaaS deployments, ensuring system security, reliability, and performance. The successful candidate will also drive backup and data protection strategies, enforce usage policies, support patch/change management, and deliver IT training programs to strengthen awareness across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage cybersecurity policy, administer Microsoft 365, and oversee on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory/Entra ID, firewalls, and SaaS deployments to ensure system security, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and implement backup and data protection strategies, enforce usage policies, support patch/change management, and deliver IT training programs.
- Oversee IT operations, governance, and project delivery to safeguard systems and enable growth.
- Proven track record of managing IT systems in an SME.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, Office 365, Cisco, Fortinet, Linux, Active Directory, Cloud Infrastructure, and Intune.
