Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve reported issues via our ticketing system">
  • Enforce community standards by monitoring and adhering to our client's Terms of Use">
  • Become well-versed in our products and community standards to provide excellent support">
  • Use your knowledge to identify scalable solutions for our user community">
  • Gather and analyze relevant data to enhance the user experience">
  • Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team">
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements">

    • Skills & Competences:">
    • Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English (B2-C2)">
    • A strong understanding and affiliation with Russian culture and linguistic nuances">
    • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment">
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy">
    • Prioritizing and solving problems collaboratively">
    • Effective time management and task prioritization to meet KPIs">
