We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to lead our Ireland operation and drive the growth of our FX products and services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in FX or Payments, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of sales team performance, including developing annual sales quotas, forecasting, and implementing regional sales programs
  • Leading and managing the sales floor, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training, counseling and disciplining as needed
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Corporate Development, and Product to ensure effective product messaging and positioning
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops and industry publications

Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrable track record of sales leadership within financial institutions, preferably in FX or Payments
  • Strong commercial experience and network of contacts in the Irish market
  • Experience working in a commercial bank selling to mid-size corporates
  • Familiarity with local market conditions and recruitment processes
