Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Keyholder.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the management team in guiding and mentoring junior staff members.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with retail experience looking to step into a leadership-support position and develop their skills further.
Job Responsibilities:- Opening and closing the store, ensuring it is ready for trade
- Delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily floor operations
- Supporting the management team in guiding and mentoring junior staff members
- Ensuring adherence to routines related to tills use, stock control, and loss prevention
- Monitoring store presentation, merchandising standards, and product availability
- Taking ownership of floor operations and team support as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
- Previous retail experience, preferably with supervisory or keyholder responsibilities
- Trustworthiness in handling store keys and tills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A calm and professional approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
- Competitive hourly rate
- 20 days annual leave pro rata for part-time team members
