Senior Contract Cost Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of HVAC and pipework projects.
About the Role:
- You will oversee all commercial activities associated with HVAC and pipework projects, including tender and contract documentation, cost analysis, and project profitability.
- Your expertise in construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management software will enable you to effectively manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate terms.
- As a Construction Cost Manager, you will provide accurate forecasting, valuations, and cost reporting, ensuring seamless communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- You will identify and assess project risks and opportunities, guaranteeing compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Cost Manager within the HVAC and/or mechanical installation sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical services, particularly pipework systems.
- Exceptional understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent).
