Job Title: Capital Projects Program Manager

Program & Project Delivery Leadership (Tenant Improvements)
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple, concurrent large-scale tenant improvement projects across the EMEA region.
  • Implement robust program management methodologies and best practices for tenant improvement projects.
  • Drive accountability for project performance, ensuring individual projects adhere to scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Lead vendor and contractor selection, negotiation, and management in the EMEA market.
Capital Planning & Financial Stewardship
  • Participate in annual and multi-year capital planning processes for EMEA tenant improvement projects.
  • Manage and optimize regional program budgets, including detailed forecasting and cost control.
  • Monitor individual project expenditures and overall program financial performance.
Strategic Stakeholder & Partnership Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for regional and global stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear communication regarding program status, risks, milestones, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure tenant improvement projects align with global design philosophy.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of capital project delivery processes and tools.
  • Ensure all tenant improvement projects are delivered in compliance with relevant local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Facilities Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or senior project management, with a minimum of 7 years managing large-scale capital projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent capital projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

 

As a seasoned professional in the field of capital projects, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple, concurrent large-scale tenant improvement projects across the EMEA region.

You will be responsible for implementing robust program management methodologies and best practices for tenant improvement projects, driving accountability for project performance, and leading vendor and contractor selection, negotiation, and management in the EMEA market.

Additionally, you will participate in annual and multi-year capital planning processes for EMEA tenant improvement projects, manage and optimize regional program budgets, and monitor individual project expenditures and overall program financial performance.

As the primary point of contact for regional and global stakeholders, you will facilitate clear communication regarding program status, risks, milestones, and financial performance. You will also collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure tenant improvement projects align with global design philosophy.

Finally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of capital project delivery processes and tools, ensuring all tenant improvement projects are delivered in compliance with relevant local regulations and company policies.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Facilities Management, as well as 10+ years of experience in program or senior project management, with a minimum of 7 years managing large-scale capital projects.

A proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent capital projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards is also required.
