Director of Technical Operations

Oversee the technical direction of a new office in Dublin, managing project delivery and team leadership. Drive business growth through strategic planning and client acquisition.

We are seeking a Chartered Engineer with 10+ years' experience in consultancy-led design environments to join our team as Director of Technical Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in rail infrastructure or heavy civils projects, and experience leading complex multidisciplinary transportation or infrastructure projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior management to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and help develop long-term strategic plans for the office.

The Director of Technical Operations will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
