The Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Client Onboarding Specialist to join the Shareholder Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire client onboarding process, handling a diverse client base, and ensuring adherence to policies.
This role offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evolving internal processes and contributing to the team's development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with investors as the primary contact.
- Assist with client onboarding and quality checks.
- Review FATCA/CRS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with clients, General Partners, and stakeholders.
- Proactively address and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate across international offices.
- Support team performance to meet internal KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.2 honors.
- 3+ years previous experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services.
