Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of previous sales or recruitment experience and a proven track record of success in agency recruitment or sales.

Strong organisational skills, outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will also have a professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, with an entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets by sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking.
  • Interview and select candidates using various methods such as job portals and social media.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in.
  • Promote our services to new and existing clients through business development activity.
  • Ensure all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service.
