Strategic BIM Implementation Manager Role

This key position involves delivering the company's technology vision and integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) across multiple projects. As a Strategic BIM Implementation Manager, you will oversee a team of technicians, develop a BIM strategy, manage project coordination meetings, ensure compliance with internal policies, and provide training on BIM tools and documentation.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation and development of a standardised BIM element library, recording 3D clashes, generating reports, distributing action points and owners, and promoting the use of BIM coordination meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil, Structural, or Architecture, along with 8+ years of experience in a similar BIM role. Prior experience implementing ISO 19650 is essential, and excellent time management skills are necessary to achieve deadlines under pressure.
