Job Description

Help Deliver Technology Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to help deliver our technology strategy and implement Building Information Modelling (BIM) as an integral part of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, working across multiple projects, and managing a team of technicians.

As the BIM Manager, you will report directly to senior management and be responsible for ensuring the implementation of ISO 19650 standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing BIM strategies
  • Managing a team of technicians
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Leading the creation and development of standardized BIM element libraries
  • Recording 3D BIM clashes and generating reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil, Structural or Architecture, and have at least 8 years of experience in a similar BIM role.

Previous experience implementing ISO 19650 is essential, and you must have a strong understanding of key principles of information management.

You should also possess excellent time management skills, be able to work under pressure, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
