Leads the development and governance of children's residential services to support rapid expansion across Dublin and surrounding counties.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leadership role with a progressive organisation focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people across various residential services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall leadership, ensuring that services meet all regulatory standards and deliver positive outcomes for young people. They will shape the strategic direction of the organisation while providing hands-on leadership across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and governance of children's residential services
  • Ensuring services meet regulatory standards and deliver positive outcomes for young people
  • Providing hands-on leadership across multiple locations
  • Shaping the strategic direction of the organisation

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Social Care or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role within children's residential care services at management level (House Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager)
  • Experience working within both mainstream and intellectual disability services
  • Strong understanding of HIQA standards, the Child Care Act, and safeguarding frameworks
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and service development skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to own transport
